GP Pro is an online marketplace for camera, lenses, audio, bags etc. Thank You for visiting our GP Pro page following are the terms and conditions:

All orders processed within 5-6 working days. Order will not be shipped or delivered on holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipment may delay by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Normal delivery charges will be applied on the order as per terms, extra charges will be applied for early delivery.

Delivery Address

You can change your delivery address before shipment of the product, after shipment it cannot be changed.

About tracking Orders

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address as the order dispatches. Incase you don’t receive any mail from us, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non- Availability on delivery 

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse or we will contact you via call. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

Valid only for owned stock. Shipping time may increase for third party shipments on your order.
