Like its predecessor, the Godox GM6S On-Camera Monitor is a compact, 5.5″ device with a lightweight design but features an updated screen with 1200 cd/m² brightness. An HDMI input and output support both DCI and UHD 4K video. A camera control interface is available to communicate settings to the camera from the monitor with separately available proprietary cables. A 3.5mm headphone jack outputs audio for monitoring on set. Up to twenty-five 3D LUTS can be loaded into the monitor using the SD card slot.
Ultrabright Screen
The 5.5″ monitor features a maximum brightness of 1200 cd/m² for visibility in bright daylight applications. An included sun hood further reduces glare in particularly sunlit filming locations.
