This bend-resistant carbon fiber and aluminum pole weighs only 8 oz and extends from a retracted length of 22″ to 118″ long for selfies, action shots, and extreme angles. Compatible with all Insta360 cameras, the telescoping sections are locked and loosened by a clockwise/counterclockwise rotation system. The top of the pole provides a 1/4″-20 screw to mount your camera or accessory, and a 1/4″-20 thread is provided at the bottom for mounting the pole on a tripod, handle, strap, or other mounting equipment.
